JustinX32 Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 I downloaded GTA San Andreas Water Level Customiser and I put it in the data folder where water.dat is located. What your suppose to do is: Step 1: Download of course. Step 2: Extract it. Step 3: Double - click on it.
