Huckleberry Pie
OK, so I've followed the tutorial at http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=238957 (I know some of you guys might find that forum crappy, but...) - I did the right thing in 3DS Max, converted the Plaza Hotel (you all know where that place is, eh?) Sketchup model into DFF (plus collision data), and when I try to add it using MED, I only see black stuff and not the model. Any hints?
Deji
Hmm... I'm not sure. Try asking there, perhaps the guy who made it will know.
Huckleberry Pie
I'll get the model files sorted, just to see if someone can do the dirty work for me, or at least give me some hints... EDIT: Here's a shot of the hotel in Zmodeler: The hotel mesh shows up in Max and Zmodeler, but when I try to place it on MED, it's invisible... JAB HacksouL
I have never done this with MED or Sketchup but speaking from the experiences I have had with other software it sounds to me like MED cannot find the textures to apply to the model. It could be the texture is not in the format it wants such as if it wants bmp and you have them as tga. But I would explore the textures and look for clues there. For example, I notice in your Zmodeler it also cannot find the textures as the warning messages tell at the bottom.
