Xbox 360 Loading Time

With the new Xbox 360 update and the ability to install games to the hard drive from the disc, has anyone noticed that the GTA IV load time has decreased after installing it?

Personally I have noticed that when first starting the game if the disc has been used a lot and there are minor scratches that installing to the hard drive does speed up the start up.

I think it came along with the NXE.

@GNH: Well yeah the files are present on the Hard drive so its faster, Less spinning = longer disk life.

And less disc read errors due to the DVD-ROM drive motor running too often, which is the case in optical drive-based consoles, although the warez boys might use it to their advantage...

I can't believe they did this... so people can illegally go out and rent a game and just pop it in and copy it to their HDD without modding it?

You still need a physical copy of the game in order to play.

Of course it loads quicker, that's the whole point, and the ONLY reason why you would do it. Oh and it's quieter. Two reasons to do it. What else were you expecting exactly?

Yes it does decrease the loading time.
