Earthbound Posted January 13, 2009 Share Posted January 13, 2009 I'm not sure there is a modification to reverse this, if she hasn't reappeared. You may have to re-start the game (if it's that important to you), or perhaps download a save game? If you click here you will be linked to a website called GTA Saved Games.
