Your OS it's to blame ) you should specify your os, what antivirus you use to mess up files from your os ) lol...I'm sure that if you reinstall the os gta will work, but... it's not pretty! Then, click 'save all information' and attach the file to your post). Also, if you recieved an error code, or if there is anything which says 'more information', please post it.
