Hi there........

Was just wondering if anybody else has had this trouble. When I enter any gym to do the weight lifting it keeps saying I've done enough for the day but the fact is I haven't done any at all, my muscle is now only 3 /4 full and it will not let me build myself up anymore......CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN THIS??????? :evil:

Well this is what I think - You worked out some time in the day and that is why it says you have done enough for today. You have already done the weights in the day. You can only do like 60 of them but when you get more muscle it goes up to like 130 or so. So I think that you did some weights sometime throughout the day.

Oops it seems when I was typing this out WiseGuyEddie seemed to of typed his faster so this is what I was suppose to put in first. Oh well I guess.
