evilmonkey329 Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 my gta san andreas doesnt want to accept mods. i have:- -downgraded to V1 -installed CLEO 4 and all of its requirments -put the mod in the correct folder (gta fps in this instance) -double clicked icon. nothing happens -set compatibility to windows xp service pack 2 -double click again, windows 7 colour scheme changes and disc icon shows, but then nothing happens. -uninstalled -deleted gta san andreas folder -reinstalled it now works again every single mod i've tried to install has resulted in this error. or the game being unable to load or create new games. cleo mods and GMM mods have both resulted in some kind of crash or failiure to load what am i doing wrong? and how do i fix it? TUN3R Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 A tip that fixed a lot of problems for me: Run the game in compatibility mode with Windows 98. Don't know if it will fix modding tho, but we might be able to help if you tell us what mod are you trying to install (link to it would be useful too). Firewolf Posted May 28, 2011 Share Posted May 28, 2011 Why do you need cleo 3 mods for using some crazy trainers like infinite health or spawning any vehicle or getting any weapon right, so type San Andreas Control Centre, its a cool trainer has all the things in it including teleport I'll upload it after some time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

inhumanform Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 No problems here... Version1.1 Just run it in win7 ultimate, no compatibility modes. Guest Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 well sometimes a mod replaces some files, it writes you a message for if you want to replace some files you should click yes to replace the files because it's importable! if you don't, the mod will not work.
