Go-Kart and SWAT Tank

HELP!!! Any one know where to find the go cart and swat tank while not on a mission?!

Uhh, no one help him? If you completed the last mission then you don't get to see the SWAT tank again. As for the Go Kart there are 2 locations I know. One is right outside Madd Dogg's mansion, just at the main doorstep, you'll find it. The second one is at San Fierro's (better known Francisco)'s Windy, Windy street street, it's at the top where you'll see a flight of stairs. There should be a Go Kart parked at the top of the stairs.

There is also a location near the Big ear.

And for the swat tank. You can keep it if you get it in that last mission and put it into a garadge. Then redo the mission.

There's also one in a building in....El Quabaderos(sp?)...the town where you meet the cop girlfriend.

Also, there's one in the parking lot on the south side of the Las Venturas stadium(the one with the dirtbike missions, not the baseball staduim), as well as a behind house just south east of the las venturas golf course(actually the first house kitty corner from the southeaster corner of the parking lot).

There is also one behind the gas station in SF (the one with photo-op)
