Get INFRONT of the van before each blockade, and ram RIGHT between the two cars. This SHOULD knock them to the sides of the road, allowing the securicar to go through smoothly. After that, fall back behind the van and use whatever you have to destroy the cars. Ram them, shoot them, etc. You don't have to destroy all of the cars, some of them just disappear after a bit.
