Handling editor help please!

Can someone explain me where do i change the speed of the car in the handling editor? i opend it but there is so many stuff and i dont understand a thing, stuff like- force lvl, damping lvl,traction loss and etc.. nothing about speed just 1 thing high speed comdamp and i dont think its changes the speed cuz in all cars its show 0.0 even in the fastes cars

the number after it is acceleration.

ye it took me a while to find speed also its in the column M and acceleration is in the N column

If you get the ultimate editor it helps lots the first thing that pops up is handling and beside it in the same window is transmission.

Highlight the car files, copy and then paste it in another folder. If you screw up, delete the messed up mod's files and then move the backup to the spot whereyou deleted the mod, the car should be back to normal. Also, before moving the backup file, make a backup of the backup
