Well, you could do the Beach Patrol side mission to get infinite swim. Anyway, there should've been an option to dive but there wouldn't be much sense in it since there's nothing to explore in the water. The handling of the Hunter is very bad and the worst I've seen of any helicopter but other the that the game is very good and I wouldn't change it. This is its own game and when you mean "hi in the sky" do you mean by jetpack because there was really no use for one in VCS.
