excalibur Posted October 26, 2004 Share Posted October 26, 2004 If your in no real danger take a bike or run to your missions. This is a eas way to expand you stamina and muscle really fast. smartboy4 Posted October 28, 2004 Share Posted October 28, 2004 Use the bike and cycle to the gym and train muscle. That's what i do, just cycle there and train, then cycle back.
