Description

-Increased the steering lock on all vehicles by 10(except bus) using GTAIV Handling Editor.
-Can make basic left/right turns without going incredibly slow.
-can turn out of a spin whereas before turning wouldn't do anything.

Just make sure you are using a mod program that lets you change the game files without breaking the game, backup your handling.dat file, and put this one in.
