My Comment:
i created this mod for those peoples who enjoy the offroading in the GTA san andreas, i hope them to have fun!
DESCRIPTION:
this mod makes all the cars 4X4 , increases the power of the cars , the height of the cars (by a little), it also makes the cars tires little more bigger or a little more fat (the tire size also increased if you go to change them wheels)

INSTALATION:
just put these 2 files handling.cfg and vehicles.ide to your data folder and you are ok , the mod has succesfully installed!
