Of course it will be. There is no other possibility. As you just pointed out, GTA V has no release date yet and MP3 has been in development for far longer. I don't understand why you are using phrases like "most likely" - implying there is a chance Rockstar might suddenly stop developing GTA V and just release it right now, no marketing, no advertising, nothing. No, that wouldn't ever happen. Also stop replying to Russian spam bots topics with posts like "spammer". This just contributes to the spam and makes it more visible.
