Well I wouldnt say the best I am a little fan of skylines also. Anyway, I used to take requests and make their sigs, And I loved to. But people would pile ontop of me until I couldnt breath! I dont feel like calling any names. But I never had time to do anything. So until I get some time in my life I'm not going to take any requests. sry
