Rockstar are working on patching up the game, 1 patch is already complete and awaiting approval from GFW. If your PC specs are below or just a teensy bit above the Minimum reqs then you should probably leave right now for the Jackie Chan movies.

Nice stuff there. You could bring down the size a bit, maybe a smaller background which usually gives an impression that the sig is smaller then it actually is. Another thing, try cropping out the empty areas ^See, you won't have that big bar of emptiness in your sig if you cut that out.

I'm not sure about Gta4 but in earlier Gta's you have a Steer with the mouse option in 'mouse settings' in 'Controller setup'. Check if you have that option in there. Tick it to activate it.

Pretty sure its Bankgothic, I used that font quiet a lot in my stuff.

Pretty good stuff, Simple but complete. The border you've used is good, Plain black borders just don't go with such sigs. You could move the text to the bottom left so that there is only about 2px space between the border and your nick.
