    ^Yeah, Pull out your Ram chip/s and clean it with a soft cloth. I used to have a similar problem.

    You could use adblock plus plugin if your using Firefox. I don't think the admins control the ads being displayed on the site.

    Gta 4 has some steep requirements, Even good rigs can't seem to handle it. You could try updating the GPU drivers but I don't think that will be of much help.

    Reduce the quality, I don't see why a 6 Minute clip should be more than 80-100mb unless your trying to get High defination outta youtube. I think 100mb and 10minutes is max on the tube.

    Go to Audio settings in Options and do a complete scan(the one below quick scan).

    Your supposed to pull up in the golden arrow.

    Your not supposed to move it when there is a disk inside not to forget running, almost all dvd payers, consoles,etc mention that. The 360 has a hardware snag to scratch the disk if you move it. Try running another disk your xbox should be fine i guess.
