Didn't the flying cars cheat use the same physics for flying as the planes? So if they've not made any for GTA IV, bar the helicopter ones, it seems unlikely to see the same thing.

I think he's pretty cool. He's got that sense of grittiness about him that makes a good GTA protagonist. Cool name too.

I remember pimping a Sweeper actually. Sprayed it yellow, added some NOS and Hydraulics and cruised down Grove Street. EDIT: Found it!
