<center></center> Right as we speak a Multiplayer mod for GTA San Andreas for the PC version is in the works. About a week ago I downloaded a video of their version of Vice City on SA-MP.com and it looked great! They aim to have this mod done in about 2-3 months saying that players will have alot to keep them busy in the mean time with the single player San Andreas. When asked about all the additional features like eating and going to the gym, they said if they can't make that availible for players they will have to take it out. So stay tuned for more on this the coming weeks. Also a little update on San Andreas PC : All images that you take with the in-game camera is saved in your "My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/Gallery" folder as jpeg images. Link: SA-MP.com

I have happen to talk to Jordan from PlanetGTA earlier on about the PC version of San Andreas. Below I outline some of the things I have learned from him: ► You can control a fire truck's hose with the mouse. ► When inside a interior, you can see through it to the outside. ► There are more boxes and trash cans scattered around the Grove. ► As always moving the mouse around, moves the camera around CJ, when holding down the right mouse button, it brings up the crosshair. ► GTASA.exe takes up to 131MB of RAM. ► I have seen a screenshot where Jordan zooms into a stolen car from almost a quarter of a mile away. ► At peak traffic times the number of cars onscreen has been increased from 10 for the PS2 version, to 18 for the PC version. ► GTA3.img is three times the size of Vice City, coming around 940MB. ► Modifying the files in the data folder is much easier than Vice City. We will be updating you with the latest on the cheats for the PC version. Also stay tuned as we will be uploading mods very, very soon..

I've came accros the same problem once. Then suddenly it worked again.

Yeah that will be a great future! Like when you robbed someone's house, kill the guy who lives in it, load him in the trunk and go bury him somewhere.

Nice, I like it when GTA inspires people..

Yep, IGN released their second part of Life in the Hood. This time it focuses on shopping, modding, dating, pool and tagging. Be sure to check back next week when they will be releasing their 3rd part. There is also rumours going on that a possible video is on the way.. so check back soon. Thanx, for notifying me. I will look into it. I'll try and get you some forum cash for that. EDIT: I just downloaded it and it works fine. I think what happened is, and did happen to me before, the file stopped downloading at say 99 % and says its complete, then when you want to open the .zip file it says it is corrupt. So you could try again, if you want to.

Today we add another great video from Sinzar. He is the author of the video's such as Hitman Diaries Episode 1 and 2. This time round he's video is in the form of a stunt video. The first San Andreas stunt video here at The GTA Place. The video is over 5 mins long and are just over 21 mb. This is just a taste of what to expect in the future when we and our community gets hold off GTA: San Andreas for the PC! Click here to download UPDATE: Please re-download if you got a corrupt zip the first time. It has been fixed now.

Well in early article previews for San Andreas they outlined some of the features. Most of the magazines said SA would have skateboards/rolerblades. If you look in the game files you can see traces of a possible skateboard. Also some magazines said you can put stuf in your car. So all those things would probally be availible in GTA- next as they probally have some of those files and can just easily import into the game and finish it off. ... maybe this time time they will go with a young urban type white guy. With him and his skateboard( but that could look like Tony Hawk.)

Sony will be going with blue ray and Microsoft will be going with DVD-9 Dual Layered Discs. That is only 9.4gb! Anyway as far as prices goes it is very likely that the Xbox 360 will be around $299- $350 . http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/05/27/news_6126611.html The Sony looks like it could be around $370. http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/05/24/news_6126410.html

As far as gameplay goes, its the same. Graphics of course is improved. The only "extra" thing is where you can import your own music and customize your own radio station.
-
WOW! .... and you thought that all by yourself..
-
Yeah to back you up spaz Sony and Toshiba will use Blue Ray with HD-DVD. I am happy to announce that the largest capacity at the moment is 100gb blue ray! That is four layers of 25 gb each.... dont believe me? Well see for yourself http://www.macworld.com/news/2005/05/19/tdk/index.php ! Anyway I totaly believe that you wont see any of Vice City, LCS, San Andreas etc. in next-gen GTA. Let me back myself up with these quotes>> Terry Donovan from R* said "It was really important for us to do this trilogy. A fictional New York in a contemporary setting, Miami in the '80s, and a '90s Cali - that was the trilogy. That was the plan from a long time ago." .... I cant seem to find the article where Sam Houser says that the trilogy has ended with San Andreas. So I highly believe that the next GTA will totally be different. I mean we are changing consoles here. Just look at the difference between PS1 to PS2, now that plus 10% is what to expect from next-gen GTA
-
Well you can see the difference between PS2 version and Xbox version by downloading the Xbox Trailer for it.

I think I must do something about that......
