Wow, this is fucking wow...I just been on the server and witnessed a hacker on there. Me and a few other players got killed by him with a rocket launcher. I got killed with a fucking minigun... Then he starts flying in the air and starts firing fucking rockets..then he kills me again with a minigun, but IN THE AIR!!!
WTF, no admins on..?

He was flying up from the ground after I destroyed his vehicle because he was speeding lol. I was in a my Police Cruiser, I sore him speeding down the bridge from SF up to LV (near boat school) and took his car out. He was near enough still in it when it exploded, and he never fucking died. WTF..
THE HELL?

I like your gang but obviously you need some work. Try updating your story, GFX and moving away from Earthbound's example of a Cops gang. Also, aren't you the Commissioner? And a more creative name?

Wut.
Let me introduce to you 'deformed CJ'. This creature is usual found replacing the SWAT skin and lying down (in this photo, User1690 and I are standing up). I have no idea where this comes from, but I think that several other members (Sherman, Noru, User1690) have seen this creature. I have tried committing suicide and reconnecting to get rid of this thing, but it seems to be completely random.

ROFL, I still remember when me and Llama were playing and some cunt called 'cj' started to say:'lol u suck u dont have respect'; 'i respect llamallama not spidervice' (Llama slapped him for this), and then he said another thing that leaded to another slap
It was roarsome seeing him losing health and saying 'OMG STOP!!!'
I should do that. Once I tried to talk to some guy to have more respect for me, stop cursing at me and etc.. I should have just did that.
I guess pissing people off works best. I'll keep this in mind.

After going over to mtv.ca to check if my tv show is actually on right now, I came over this:
'Grand Theft Auto IV' Expanded Soundtrack Features Busta Rhymes, More'Lost and Damned' episode offers new hip-hop and death-metal shows, plus new songs on existing radio stations.
Rockstar Games music supervisor Ivan Pavlovich broke down the details and even gave MTV News a sneak listen to one of the episode's most radical radio innovations during a telephone interview last week.
Four of the "GTA IV" radio stations are getting new music.
Hip-hop station the Beat 102.7 is gaining a new show of popular hip-hop DJed by Funkmaster Flex and headlined by two new Busta Rhymes tracks. One of them, "The Conglomerate," features Young Jeezy and Jadakiss.
The Beat is also getting a show DJed by Statik Selektah, featuring all hip-hop recorded and mixed specifically for "GTA." One of the headliners there is Freeway, who told MTV News that Selektah asked him to get into the game. "I was excited when I was approached about the opportunity," he said over e-mail. "I used what I know about the past 'GTA' games and just put my own twist on it." His song is called "Car Jack."
Liberty City Hardcore is gaining a new death-metal show DJed by Max Cavalera of Sepultura and Soulfly fame. Among the artists featured will be Bathory.
Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 is getting new rock songs, with Iggy Pop returning as the DJ.
Radio Broker, the indie-rock station DJed by Juliette Lewis, is also getting new music.
Pavlovich won't reveal the exact number of new songs in the $20 expansion, but he did explain the motivation for what was added. All the new rock and metal is designed to suit the mood of the episode's story, one that chronicles the adventures and stresses of a Liberty City motorcycle gang. "This really focuses on biker songs and a little more aggressive songs," Pavlovich said.
The new hip-hop was added because the Beat had proven to be the most popular "GTA IV" radio station. The approach with Flex was to provide hip-hop that has more of a national appeal than the New York-focused shows of original Beat DJs Mr. Cee and Green Lantern.
Rockstar has programmed "The Lost and Damned" to make sure the new music gets attention. The new rock songs will be weighted to play first in the otherwise-random mix on those stations. The new Flex, Statik Selektah and Cavalera shows will play in blocks, before the original shows on their respective stations get their turn in rotation.
Pavlovich and his team have pulled some other tricks too. They've got Funkmaster Flex doing a phone interview with Busta Rhymes on the Beat. Pavlovich played a version of the conversation for MTV News over the phone, explaining that it was essentially a freestyle interview conducted between the two hip-hop icons. Busta talks about holding down hip-hop for Liberty City and plugs his real-world album. They banter a bit and intro one of Busta's new songs. Pavlovich said that Flex had a lot of fun with his recording session for "The Lost and Damned." The DJ even spoofed his real-world rant about R. Kelly, but how that one goes down won't be revealed until you play the game for yourself.
All of the music in the "The Lost and Damned" will be linked to iTunes, Rockstar's new partner for "GTA IV" music. Players can hear songs in the game, tag them and find a list of their marked songs on Rockstar's Web site, ready for iTunes purchase. Rockstar had launched "GTA IV" last year with a similar deal structured through Amazon's music store.

Hey guys, after playing for a while, I noticed someone going super-duper fast and I asked questions and etc.
And it seems that you're able to set the game speed. You're able to set your own player to go fast/slow etc, and other players see it, etc. It doesn't set the world but this should be considered to be taken out.

Alright,alright L-RIC told me how to download this. I got a qeustion... how do you find teh server?
Open MTA San Andreas. Skip over the usual stuff and at the menu, where you'll find Claude, Tommy and CJ staring at some computers, click 'Quick Connect'. In the first place type in the IP '209.239.114.28' and the other one type in the port '3020'. Either go to 'Quick Connect' or browse the servers and look for 'The GTA Place Server 1 (Under Construction)'.
Isn't really that difficult.

Sorry, this is unrelated, but where did you get the GTA IV HUD And Radar?
There is a download here. I have this mod, and can say it works. I didn't download it from there but yup.
On-topic: Also, if you want to be able to enter Area 69 (the underground & etc), you may want to go on SA:MP/MTA.

You mean have all the cops, peds and such on GTA:SA, and like freeroam without a ghost town? Just like GTA 4? That'll be pretty damn sweet.
I know you can have a very limited Co-op mode on GTA:SA on PSP/Xbox, but you can't do missions, and like I said, it's very limited. It's not on the net like you said.
Hope there's a way.
EDIT: ^ ¢נ 4 ζﾌ 乇√乇尺, that's the very limited co-op mode on PSP/Xbox I'm talking about.

I use Windows Media Player, just because for one, it's not too laggy with useless items like the iTunes Store, two it easily fits into my Taskbar when minimized
, and three, it is compatible with other [Microsoft] products (such as Messenger) and my keyboard since of the Play/Pause, Forward/Backward, etc buttons.Also, Microsoft cheaply pre-installed it on Windows, and I don't need to think about any other media players, since it has all the features I need... playing my music.
Btw, never knew about some of those players, Winamp, foobar 2000, VLC media player...

Yeah, you shouldn't buy all that junk. You'd just set those aside in a month or something, or like me, just put them somewhere in my room, to "look at".
Desires come in short bursts is what my teacher says. You'd want to buy the object/product ASAP. If you wait for two weeks, you'd probably not want it. I don't know, a lot of the things my teacher says are stupid.
Anyways, on the rocket launcher thing itself. You use a computer to aim it move & shoot? Won't it be easier to grab a NERF gun and shoot it instead? Unless you're doing some accurate type thing, like as models type thing. But $40 though? Come on. For that kind of thing? Those things look kinda cheap, just plastic & foam & some drivers/software CDs. $15 is more like it IMO.

Yes, you need to have your GTA:SA game disk to play SA:MP, as well as any other GTA:SA related programs.

Yeah, it's really annoying when people kill us, especially when I'm trying writing a Shout (basically a whisper but appears on your screen in big, big letters, filling up your screen) to tell the asshole to stop killing.
We should definitely do something about the weather/time. There are just immature people who think consistently changing the weather/time is alright, and there are people of foreign languages that don't know if you can mod, change weather, etc.
That's a problem though. I feel empathy when there's a person of another language using mods, and I have to explain again and again until they get it.
Should these people who just deathmatch for no apparent reason be truly slapped, kicked or even banned? As I said above, they could have no idea what I'm telling them and that's no good.
- Hydra is fine, most people use it to stunt and fly. The rocket launchers on that thing sucks.
- Hunters are annoying solely because of their minigun. It's just a regular minigun that auto-aims and is a bit harder to control. Just park the Hunter in front of a player and spray the minigun. No good.
- Tank is fine, but annoying at times. Mostly if people use these as solutions to deathmatches since they're almost invisible). People don't do much with it but shoot everything they see. Tanks are almost invincible, and a player using it right can kill anyone using flamethrowers/Molotov cocktails.
- Rocket Launcher is fine as well, it's just that people use this WAY TOO MUCH. Quick solution is to jetpack your way out of there. If they follow, that's just some noob that thinks that this is a DM server (which it's not).
EDIT: Most of this complaining is the result of trying to relax, freeroam, race, and/or roleplay instead choosing to fight back and deathmatch.
A type of ban like that would be good... So you can choose to ban that name/IP so no one can login with that IP and name. Would make it more complicated but meh.
And Connor, how's the scripting going? What are you currently scripting?
