You put all .cs files in the CLEO 3 folder inside your GTA SA directory.
Make sure you have CLEO 3 installed first, though.
If you have any further problems or questions, just ask.

Should be working fine but people in my house have decided to seed torrents overnight and are using up all the upload speed so now I can't test it myself. If there's any errors hit me up on MSN, otherwise it should be working fine and you can all use it.
Alright, I uploaded a little video of the awesome MTA menu screen. Was only 2 seconds, it said it took over 1 minute to upload, though.
Then, this happened.

And, the system allows you to upload any file, so if I try to upload a picture named "Picture 001", this will come up:

EDIT: Changed file type to .wmv and it uploads successfully.
Anyone getting the "Video not found: /media/videos/mta/test-1236492543.flv" error on my video?
Strange, still not working. Maybe it's my Fraps. I'll troubleshoot tomorrow.

Admins can't be muted. Simple as. It stops admins muting all other admins and doing what the hell they want with no protest.
Well, I can remember myself muting some idiot, with the mute function not working...
I'll get proof if I remember.

Does whenever include dates after 21st March? I'm in middle of exams and I don't want things to be finished in a rush, so thats ok?

When you said the font you want for positions, which style did you want? The first one I posted which says Raiders MC or the other font with says President it?

Alright, I guess that could work.
March 21st is quite a while is basically I'll just put up some replacements as I wait for your images. I just can't delay the creation of The Raiders too much. I plan to start the topic this week or early next week.

That's a good idea... just a little preview before I actually get all the images will be fine.
I don't know if I should actually used TLaD fonts. I don't want anyone to take the idea that we actually ARE the Lost.

Currently, I'm working on a biker gang for the new gang system. Currently I'm getting the basic idea of the format.
Right now, since I'm horrible at GFX, I need several things completed:
A biker font on an image with a TRANSPARENT background.
I need an image with each of these words:

Hey guys whenever I try and connect to the server it fails, the server wasn't listed so I tried connecting manually by typing in the IP but it still didn't work...
Yeah, strange. No one can connect. I think Rem should be working on this. Should be fixed soon. The server was almost always up before this. Could be the server hoster's problem, but I don't know.

ok i have problem...i don't know how to open img. file that has inside files that must be changed so that modern_army_mod v3.0 will work. this file is in: Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models its caled GTA3 and file PLAYER is img. file too and this file must be changed too and i don't know how to open them

As for your question, you can't open .img files with Windows Explorer, you need a program for this.
You have several options here, but I recommend IMG Tool 2.0. It works perfectly and does it's job.

Mike, make a less common name. For example, maybe instead of "Chris" make it "ChrisJP", just like how Chris made himself.
I wouldn't call that an impersonator. There's bound to be another user that goes by "Mike" out there on the internet.

The guy is banned of course, but there are still 6 files in the database which probably aren't his. Are any of these files yours? Or do you know whose they are? Let me know if you do.
Well, I was looking over what kind of mods GTA IV already has, and I recognized the '3 Times More Peds' mod. That mod comes from the '3 times more peds' mod, by Mr. Lolman.
Also, the 'Disturbed Cellphone Theme' mod, is also stolen from GTAinside, from RaMsOc2's 'Disturbed Cellphone Theme' mod.
I've also found a third one. The 'Gloves for Niko MOD' is stolen from ebster's 'Handschuhe | Gloves for Nico' mod.
Sigh, got the fourth one. The 'Drift Handling For Comet, Futo And More Cars...' mod comes from [sOLO]DR1FT's 'Drift Handling Mod'.
All of the above mods can be confirmed by comparing Finking's images to the original owner's image. The other mods seem familiar, but I've seen them from various websites, I think.
Hope you find the other ones, they shouldn't be hard to find. Unfortunately, Finking didn't upload any images for the last 2, which would make this alot easier.

I just came out to let you know that some idiot said he was admin of this server. His name is called "SSgt.Aevc" and he said that he owned the server etc. Saying I wasn't a member on his site. I told him I'm a member on here and he didn't believe me. Liar. Anyways, I'm on right now if anyone wants to have a session.
Yeah, I spoke with him but with the name "<TGP>Avec" now. He then admitted it and later changed it to <TGTAP>Avec. He claims that this server is awesome and has everything (all weapons, cars, police office interiors, etc). I don't know if he'll call himself admin again.

Also, make it look like a real police force. Make new members start from the bottom and make their way up with no exceptions. This will allow people to prove themselves. Like Alvasi/Easy joined the FFM with some small time crook position, now he's up at the top as the consigliere. Same with Mpilk who is the Crime Boss. Also the same as me (Those who knew, I was the lowest position in April 2008, now I'm the right hand man). Anyway, enough of the examples...
Is that really necessary? Well, right now I mean, since we're starting the gang we don't really need to work our way up, right? Of course we should input this when the gang is bigger, but now? Not really IMO.

Toronto.Anyways, I'm going to be joining the gang, probably as the "boss" of the SWAT. May I request when you add the updated positions up that you list it as Sergent? Thanks.
We next could get some screens of Police uniforms and place them on here, so team officers can pick their uniform to use on MTA (If they want). The next will be the vehicles. We can pick our Police force vehicles. Then the next step after the others is to get some images of some Police Force weapons.I'll do that for you. I'm going to attempt to take screenshots of each vehicle, uniform and weapon that we're probably going to use, tomorrow.
And for the divisions, remember to add a Homicide Squad, that takes care of guns violence, physical disputes, and murder. You have Drugs, Theft and Murder (Homicide). A pursuit division would be nice, but that's probably all the divisions.
And what exactly does a SWAT team do? Riots, violence, hostages, & raids, correct? Just add something like that to the SWAT part of the thread.
I'd also like a 2nd in command (2nd Don). (If that's not a problem.) Why? -

I'm suggesting newer Picture of the Day (PotD) photos. They are boring and old, all seen-before. These photos are tiring to see and after 5 years, we are still showing San Andreas photos? How about some newer GTA IV photos to spark interest to the main page?
I usually go through the homepage atleast once a day to see the Picture Of The DaySometimes, I just head over to the homepage for the sake of the POTD :\I don't really check the homepage apart from to see the new POTD as Sherman said above.I visit the homepage first also, sometimes the picture of the day, one of my pics was recently on

POTD is pretty popular isn't it?These are all from this topic. I don't know if people prefer San Andrea photos or GTA IV photos, but when new visitors come, why not give them what they want and give them GTA IV related stuff? That's one reason why the main banner was changed...
Also, why not even add Chinatown Wars photos and/or tLaD photos?!?
To conclude, San Andreas has been around for 5 years, the majority of our visitors want GTA IV, and why not even Chinatown Wars and/or TLaD photos? Make the PoTD more interesting!
