So anyone with a social club account can play this is or available only for the members who have purchased Chinatown wars?
Anyone can. But, it's not a damn good game, IMO.

Graphics don't even seem to be GTA. So yeah. There's no reason to be palying this game unless you want Chinatown Wars bonuses or to be on that leaderboard. :/

Well, I remember it's possible to shoot cars, boxes, garbage, dumpsters, and other things laying around the streets.
Also, this GameFAQs guide has a tip:
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas has a system called weapon skill. Weapon skill if ameasure of, you guessed it, how skillful you are with a weapon.
Weapon skill is obtained by successfully hitting your target when you fire. The
higher your weapon skill is the greater number of shots will hit their target.
Weapon skill is divided into three levels: None, Gangster (Obtained when skill
is between 10 to 30% and Hitman (skill is 100%)
Some weapons such as melee and rifles do not have this weapon skill and this
is mentioned under these weapons.
"To raise weapon skills fast, park a car in a garage, and shoot the centre
of it's wheels repeatedly. The weapons that raise fastest with this method
are the SMG, AK47, and Silenced Pistol. Although, all the shotguns seem to
do very poorly with this method, and benefit much more from headshots on
people."
This advice on quickly rasing weapon skill was given to me by Serpentino and is
very useful and a very clever method.
So basically, try shooting random object such as boxes, fences, parked cars, etc instead of people. This will keep you away from the cops.
As for when you can enter Ammu-nation, I'm do particularly remember.

Let me point out a few things:

Well there's a mod of TLAD right here, but note that it only has basic features or whatever of The Lost and Damned.
This is the best you can get right now... Note that it's just a mod and IS NOT the real thing.

Well, I have a easy solution about the resident shield thing, which is simply a reinstall. Here are the others:
- ID protection, as far as I know, is a feature that you have to purchase. I bet they just put that icon there to get potential buyers.
- When update manager says it needs a restart, simply restart your computer. If it stays, I don't know.
Try Google or the AVG website if you haven't try them already or if my solutions don't work.
Hope you get these problems fixed.

- YouTube video count does not affect your chance of getting accepted
- you can ask for a "a signature and logo V-City skin" in the "Graphics & Writer's Pad" or a shop in the "Trading Stalls".
You can re-apply for The Raiders MC when you have reached the requirements. But please note that we often only accept members who exceed the requirements exceptionally, though.

Right now, I will just keep my opinion on you, alright? This is not the final verdict.
Chances for you now are slim IMO. This is because of the identity you're lacking around here. It true that you've been here for over a month, it's true that you've got only 52 posts atm, but all that means nothing.
Please, I completely hate it when people just, without logic, do EXACTLY what another says without adding that own zing or identity to that.
Look, this is not a gang that is need of members or just random guys, we need to see your personality. Try to develop some relationships around here and get yourself known. Spamming some smilies in your posts or giving a sentence of opinion is not what I'm talking about.
So you'll need to get yourself known more. If you're going to stay on TGTAP for a month to work on these things, you shouldn't.
Sorry, requirements are only 5% of what you need in this gang. Reputation/personality is the other 95%. (I should post this quote in the requirements topic).

One version of swine flu mutated (as it regularly does) into this flu, which is a mixture of a few different types. This variation can be passed to humans, and passed between humans.And when was the first case again? Well, April 12 is the farthest I know.

1. No idea. Ask the video maker like WRX22B1998 suggested. We have NO idea. Chances are, the maker may have forgot as well.
2. Open up player.img in IMG Tool 2.0.
Go to the top bar and look for "Tools">Sort>Name. This will help you look for tshirtproblk.txd.
Go to Edit>Find and type in the pop-up box "tshirtproblk.txd"
Well, I think that's what you needed help on.

Copy the 'gtasf1.b' file from the mod you downloaded.
Paste it into My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files. Choose to replace the file that's already there.

Nah, pocket bikes are like these tiny little motorbikes usually powered by small petrol engines (like you would find in a whipper-snipper (edge trimmer).
Thats exactly what im talking about. There was this huge mod called "bang1 vice city mod" that was out a while ago that had pocket bikes in it. Sadly it isn't out anymore.
Well there's at least two in the GTAinside link I gave you. Take a look through the sites. Please, don't expect us to do everything for you.
