Targeting in Vice City (PC Version) is possible!
Please follow my instructions:
1st, goto the Game Main Menu (Esc) goto Controls configuration, click 'Standard' or the other one. then go back to the game and press R1 (If you have a PS2 control. It's harder to use Targeting with the Keyboard.

Every time I go to connect, it bring up my VC, when I load a saved game, nothing happens. Same thing when I start a new game. Ive read all the other posts on how to get it working but nothing in those post have helped me at all because I keep getting the same thing happen to me over and over again. Please help me

Remember!: You must have a "clean" GTA Vice City installation to play on Multi-Player Vice City online.

First! : Install the mod.
Second : Open the mod.
Third : leave it on when you play Vice City.
Forth : press numbers '1 to 9' to change the gravity.
Done

Hi. I would like to play online on Vice City but, when I click "Connect" it asks to Load a saved game or Start a new game, so I loaded my completed game = Nothing. So I started a new game watch all of the Intro movie went to the parking lot near Kens office = Still nothing. What do I need to do??

I like the way Tommy doesn't care about when he as the Cops on him unlike CJ, CJ says "Bitch ass officer!" and all, Tommy just says a few things, not stupid like. Tommy is also more crazy then CJ and Toni. Liberty City is crap! But what I don't like about the Army on Vice City is when Tommy has there clothes, and the Army still shoot him. How can I get there Army outfit anyways? Could someone PM me the link to the Skin?
