1.) Wrong Forum. Don't be a noob, you started 2 threads in the wrong same forum. Xenon_, Spaz and other people will be on really bad terms with you.
2.) Put it in your GTA3 Folder, it should be in My Documents -> GTA3 Userfiles, paste it in there, and make sure it dont overwrite any of your save files.
3.) Mods, this may need moving.

And you have to shift the balance of the bike, so when your on the rail, if you leave it normal, you'll fall off, do it like they do in the vid. The vid was fairly good.

Maybe you two should stop that. Anyway spaz misspelt new and wrote knew and skullraider put new instead of knew. These gangs, except maybe ESL, VM and the ARR seem to be a bit behind, a bit slow.

Well, you cant. Only one main.scm can be used at a time. Each new main.scm, you have to start a new game.

The testing department is too thriving and kicks j00 out because they get so redicolously (i know sp?) rich and automate everything and robots take over the factory.

If it is in a .zip or .rar file, unzip it to the SKINS folder of your Vice City Folder or if its a image file, then put it in the skins folder of Vice City.
If it's a model (dff and txd) use the img tool.

Anyway, has anyone been fu**ing around with our sigs? Remy is partially inactive and Jason can't modify the roster, it's pretty old. I think those new people that spammed the thread up were old people that got banned but, i could be wrong.
ED: I keep forgetting to write more, this forum isn't really gta oriented because everyone goes to the gang and gen discussion forums.

I have to ask, what are you two doing in here? Vince was banned (WHY?) and quoting him on that doesn't matter and maybe no one cares now. Woozie2 is banned now, Randomman, Vince and Westside Crips Hijack. And the staff were talking about a noob list in their staff forum and those people would probably be banned. Hope i'm not there /me runs
