    The GTA Liberty City Mod isn't just compatible with GTA SA, only SA:LC. Link to SALC: It's difficult to find but try browsing at www.gtaforums.com.

    The GTA LIberty City mod is for GTA Vice City and not San Andreas, you can't also install one mod in top of the other. Please reinstall GTA San Andreas and install the SA:LC mod, which is for San Andreas.
