  1. I've heard the complete opposite, the sources I've seen have claimed the PS3 version is choppier. Check out this article: http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=137829
  2. It isn't unique, you're just unlucky with the games car respawn list. I have two and can usually pick up more outside my pad in Bohan.
  3. Try using the standard brake, surprisingly enough it helps you corner!
  4. The biggest difference is the frequency and timing with application of the break (ie,, you have to use it). It's a more realistic driving model closer to Grant Turismo than traditional GTA, I mean its nothing like driving your focus down to the supermarket but its alot closer. Rockstar could quite easily make a fantastic racing game with these mechanics, I'm surprised they haven't yet tbh.
  5. I grew up watching the RAC rally near my home in Wales every year, the Imprezas always Impressed the most. Colin McCrae used to drive the Impreza before he switched to the Ford Focus, this guy was arguably the greatest british rally driver thats ever lived. He died about 8-9 months ago in helicopter crash. Rally drivers deserve so much more recognition than they get as they're easily the most skilled drivers on the planet (in sport atleast), none of this F1/nascar/indycar crap!
  6. By the time it comes out for the PC I will have stopped playing (360 version) for long enough to want to start a new game! The gun fights are going to be infinitely more entertaining with a PC although I'll probably still use a pad for driving. Very likely the graphics will be optimised for the next gen video cards aswell. My 8800 GTX will be old hat by then. :/
  7. Well its obviously something to do with the way the game spawns cars. Theres Infernus coming out of every orifice in my save atm.
  8. Aye the Sultan RS (rallysport) is based on the rally modified Impreza (in real life its nothing like the original car, only similarities are the shell). I'm pretty sure the RS version is unique in GTA IV, its definitely my favourite ride as it stays glued to the road at very high speeds.
  9. Well I've got two parked up in Bohan right now and theres usually a spare in the street next to my pad. Incidentally I now never see Turismos where as they used to be common as muck.
  10. I noticed the first 10% of the game is basically completed in the first hour, it then took me about another 5-6 hours to do another 5% (ie,, the ratio seems to be borked). Granted I spent alot of time doing random shit rather than the storyline missions. Worry not, the first hour or two isn't indicative of how long the entire game is going to take you.
  11. The Infernus isn't unique. Once you've aquired a car for the first time the game loads that vehicle into some kind of stored list and you'll start to see loads of them. Before I aquired the comet from the brucie race I hadn't seen a single one, now they're everywhere. Same goes for the Infernus.
