I am not telling you to soften them just make them match the background by the color green !

I prefer to add a border.make the cut-outs kinda blend with the background. and if you still want to change the color of it then the simplest mehod is by creating a new layer choose the color you want then fill it and then set the layer mode to overlay ! Then it will be much better !

Trying out the splash and grunge effects,using the teqhnique that TM told, by placing a basic brushes anywhere and then smudging it.This is my second try so far on grunge sigs so how's it ? EDIT: I Changed the style of it a it more:

Yes do what TOXIC says not brushes or filters but atleast some stock images with some slight effects make a sig go really good.And a thing, glow, I too used to add glow to evrything I made when I was starting at photoshop but then TM told me that adding glow to whatever you made wasnt a smart move to do.I am telling you this because your current sig is really good but the glow makes it go down.Sometimes glows reduce the goodness of a sig and sometimes increase. Do what I said and then your work will be much much better !
