Whoa, my first PC was on a 500mhz Celeron 3 5 GB of HDD and 64.0mb of RAM. And he started it with the Financial Deals thing. I just hate it when someone talks about it without knowing. You're right, my dad also thinks a PC is an all-in-one package for gaming, working, surfing, chatting, medias, just better! Oh and about the map thingy, Zino's idea is really considerably great. I just hope the city would have a more downtown-like feel like the one they have in GTAIII! Where do you go when you're lonely? Downtown...

Is this the PC version? And what kind of models/skins you entered? If it is the PC version, it is a known-glitch. But it's not a permanent gltich. I experience it like what... 1 time a week. Try to update your sound card, might help. Which garage?

If you decide to forget about tutorials, ask Switch Designs or any other modders registered to this Forums to make one for you *Snap* just like that...! Oh and before you do anything... I think this idea of yours is great and nothing is wrong about it. I mean yes, GTA VC is not so realistic with the traffic issues. I mean, one big parking building with only 3 to 6 cars is just... crappy! LOL!

You could actually make one for yourself. Just make a backup of the file 'script.img'. And ask experienced people how to mess around with the vehicle spawn points.
