I think you could go into the the text files and just change the name of the places in to a pure space. So nothing will actually appear. I don't know what to do with the second one.. Open the GXT file with this tool. And try to find the names of the location's I guese. Other than that I wouldn't know how you could get it away.

It could be you have instaled a other mod that's causing complication's. Have you installed any pedestrian mods or something or perhaps a total other mod. Yes Zmodeler can. But as I said it's a difficult proces and I don't know any tutorials. I can give you a few sites with loads of mods. Don't forget that making a car sometimes takes about 1 month. Downloading what there is would be far easier.

there might be a reason for it being sparse. You can get 3d Max but that costs a lot. Best is getting Zmodeler. But really, it's to hard to figure out.
