I hate new york in the summer. its wayyyy too humid. Not being able to be shot from more than a foot under water. its impossible unless the bullet is made out of carbon fibre and has a rocket booster on the back that only starts once it hits the water.

yes it is IN the game, but its not just some unlockable thing or debug mode thing or even some cheat. its a hard hack and it wasnt made to be seen, it was only for the makers.

i think rockstar should make a game about jail life. but make it AO and not M. because of skinheads and nazis and kkk and other of those types of gangs. But make it how it really is in a max secuirity. Fights (upgrade fighting skill and RUNNING speed), shanking (increase stealth mode, fatality skill, and coverup skill) and then other things they do in jail.

yeah but the problem with that is that its hard to make an engine for wet and dry because you have to totally remake the clothes physics and appearance. its not just some shiny reflection on it.

no like games with hot coffee, but you dont need to hack the system to get it. btw you dont UNLOCK HC, you use some hack system to get it or use a mod to put it in the game. Its not even a debug feature. its pretty much like PUTTING a mod on the game that makes them naked. you could do that to any game?

yes, in shooting/killing someone white target = unable to move, knocked out. black = dead. the white eventually fades to grey then black sometimes or they go back to orange or something and they somehow get away. in white they are either in a siesure, moving around but not standing up because you shot them in the leg or they are in too much pain, knocked out is just moving slightly, like fear. Black is just dead. I think limbs and stuff will have real reactions, gib, blown off, ripped to pieces but still connected, ripped off, chopped off. stuff like that.

Niko had a hit or something like that (hit on someone in his family) and they killed everyone but him (punisher) and he has been searching for 10 years for him (the guy who killed his family.)

no, it would actually be bad. GTA isnt a RTrpg or anything like that. sleeping would get really annoying and you would only be able to do it in a few places. whats the good of grand theft auto if your just going to NOT do anything. thats what i hated the most in any games. not doing anything.

As you mention it, I noted that the cars on the screenshot has no license plate, its just blank Meaby they'll put so it allways apear random numbers, not just a blurry picture of something that looks like numbers as in previous games. I hope that he didnt mean license PLATES, he meant licensed CARS. like real cars and not ones made up by rockstar.

i would.... especially if he tricked me into paying for a 900 dollar ticket to new york to find him at a crappy taxi job.
