That is a very bad reason. I find it outrageous you say it sucks just because you can't mod it.

Does anybody else think the Chainsaw sucks in VCS? It doesn't make that much noise or damage to somebody. There's not enough blood and it sounds like a Knife/Katana when you slash someone with it. I can't seem to cut off heads with the Katana, either.

That would be great but I'd expect it to cost money to arm them with weapons that you want them to have or you could also have the opportunity to give him some of your ammo from your weapon to him and if he dies, you can just collect it. I found it unrealistic that peds with weapons have infinite ammo.

The vehicle controls go under the category of planes and helicopters. To configure the controls for the Skimmer, modify the "Turret+Lean Up/Down" controls.

A VCPD Cheetah or a Comet.

I used a PCJ-600, Sanchez, Infernus, and Comet. The closest I've gotten was to only fall off the bike, braking the glass, and falling on the ground. The cars get enough height to even reach the window. I might use a helicopter next time.

Well, in past GTAs the fat ladies were the weakest peds and the men and gang members were really the stronger peds. The men didn't fight any better so they were easy to kill, it just took longer and a gang member is stronger and fights better than regular peds, though.

There were fighting moves in both San Andreas and Vice City Stories.

The default controls for flying a Skimmer is NUM6 to gain altitude and NUM9 to lose altitude. Pressing Up just forwards the plane.
