I dont know if this is a bad idea or a good idea. EA has made some good games, but I dont know if they will be able to make GTA better. I doubt TT would sell before IV is released as they wouldn't get all the profits.
Yes, on the Playstation store, are you wired to the internet? You need to get connected to the internet to get to the PS store (I think).
On the PS store you can download demos and trailers for games.
MEtal Gear Solid is on the backburner for me, I want to play IV first. Anyway anyone played the demo of Lost Planet? Great game in my opinion, if I didn't have so much school work I would have bought the game. Looks really good and graphics are good too.
Those are not the WTC buildings, if they were put in though I would be very dissapointed but R* aren't stupid enough to put something like that in, they would get sued left right and centre.
Enemy Health is indicated by a circle above the head, now that sounds a lot better, it shows some people could have a lot of armour and some people with hardly any health.
Good point, although I doubt references will be made to the DLC missions etc. I dont think this will happen, it will have too much confusion. Anyway I reckon the next GTA is going to be in the 70s (just got a gut feeling)
You basically get the PS3, the usb wire to charge the controller, games, and cables. Thats the only things you will get, oh and also a internet wire thing.
NOTE - you can only go online if you have a router and my PSN id is - redunited
I think the article could be an exaggeration, I know PS3 wont get DLC, as some people seem to think, but I dont regret buying it. GTA IV will be a very good game but its still a dissapointment that PS3 owners wont get the DLC.
How, may I ask, is it useless now? It still works perfectly fine. I guess you think dvd players are useless now, too?
Just because major filming companies are now backing Blu-ray meaning not many movies will come out on HD DVD. DVD players aren't useless but they will probably get pahsed out in the next 5 years or so.
I haven't been on the official website yet but those screenshots look top quality, the cars are looking good too. In the fifth pic there is a car that looks like a range rover so thats good.
Toshiba? I know they created it, but MS was its main backer of HD DVD, its in all 360 consoles which means its useless now. I heard (rumours) that there could be a 360 with a blu-ray player although I doubt it.
The garbage missions looks interesting, but the guy sitting next to Niko is the truck looks a bit 2D, it might be me though. The sky in the second pic reminds me a bit of cloverfield. Anyway good info.
I actually think GTAIII was a good stroyline which wasn't based around the main charachter but around the people of Liberty. I liked the LCS storyline as well and also VC.
I always knew Blu-ray would win the format war, this is going to hurt MS a lot and there going to lose billions probably. If the open beta is coming out today, I will be on it to check. Other than that the Vice City looks nice.
I loved the drunk mission in Vice City, something to do with Phil Cassidy, and thought it was going to be in SA, but it wasn't on SA. Now though its on IV it will be great, especially driving drunk will be nice,
Good info, everything seems more realistic, your getting a lot of info Mark.
Changing in between missions shows us that this game could have multiple storylines which will be great.
Well at the moment I am really into 'Ashes to Ashes' its like the series after 'Life on Mars' and the first two episodes have been top quality.
@REM - Is the new Knightrider series any good? I heard they were doing a film, hope it comes to the UK.
Did you point it out just because I mentioned it?
And just because there are posts in a topic doesn't mean it isn't pointless. Trust me. I've seen horrible topics get a LOT of posts.
Yes I pointed it out because you mentioned it.
I guess theres not really going to be anything to worry about once IV is out because there will be more posts in that forum than in the Lounge.
