No it doesn't PS3 just wants to add add ons, so it will make there overall product better, If the PSP didn't have music or videos and photos some people wouldn't have bought it.

To be honest I don't think that a PC version will ever be announced because of the hot coffe incident and also some hardware problems they are already having, but this is just my opinion.
