AAW, i gotta explain this for..uh...5.600th time? lol, joke, the IMG tool's got a lil bug, the Replace thing doesnt work, for some reason, anyways, do everything Shifty said, the gta3.img file is in (by default): C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTAIII\Models. Thats if your computer is in English, now, if it is on spanish, it should be: C:\Archivos de Programa\Rockstar Games\GTAIII\Models, if it is on Chines it is...hey, dont abuse my knowledge, anyways, if ya did everything correctly, it should be no problem, the other thing, meaby the mod is too big for your computer kinda, or meaby its not "well formated"...

I was listening to "A Swingin' Safari" by Bert Kaempfert, and it brought me ol' memorie's, i first didnt know what it was, but the i remembered that its the main theme of "Vi I Femman", a Swedish program, where 2 teams (of 3 kids, each, kinda) gotta answer questions and stuff, and as some of ya guys may know, im born in sweden, and i've been there for some years ago, and i would realy like to see all those programs again, so anyone know where i can see any of the national swedish channels online? thanks

Ok ok ok, Let me see It's gotta be on the right folder, Default is "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA III" in the installer, there is a part where you should select the instalation folder, wich by default (modification's default) is "E:\Games\GTAIII" i think, and its that what you should change. if not, i'll see if i can help you any other way
