GTAForums is a big place, you'd think those who get banned/get annoyed by the site would find an alternative. I'm not one to talk as if I was here during the "glory" days, I wasn't. But why not we just make an effort to post? Even if it's old shit, it's nice to see a forum with last post: an hour ago, or w/e. IDK. Nice to see you guys again btw.

The digital versions of these games are horrid. The framerate is absolute garbage according to a source on another forum. I haven't tried them. I have a Vita and an old PSP so I'm happy with that.

It was a technological feat at the time, though. I think people forget that it was hard to fit GTA SA on a PS2, so imagine Vice City on PSP? Seemed impossible.

I agree, however the PS2 version was prettier imo, seemed more textured.

I'm here in the dry period of the forum. I am basically speaking out of my ass here, as I haven't ever led a forum as substantial as this before - and it is true that people are more occupied with social networking. However, I do have to disagree with you on one point. I don't really think a mass e-mail will cause harm at all. Most people just gloss over things they don't care about, therefore the people who click it probably are interested. It would also help people who previously joined the site remember the URL and visit more. I don't think it'll cause 'harm', even if it has a chance of being ineffective.

I'll make it short, I'll use dashes and such to be get my point across. I'll expand if necessary. - Game-play mechanics are improved, physics such as swimming, enhanced fighting, etc have been added for a more enjoyable experience. - Graphics are more realistic imo, as the water in VCS is darker, not oddly clear as Vice City's water was. - Storyline is good, with a decent cast, expanding on characters and making the story feel more personal. - Vic is interesting, has his flaws (hypocrisy), and is an overall decent guy, and fun to play with. - Empire missions are more enjoyable then the other missions in VC, as they require shooting, fun, and accuracy. LOVED Vice City, but VCS did THAT much more for me.

Maybe we should take part in older GTA related things. Possibly star up SA-MP gangs, IV gang, etc. It appears they worked years prior to the dry spell. I'm trying to be around. How 'bout contests? Or videos? Or something more...I don't know, enticing. A re-design, something cool, flashy...spruce things up. Oh, and maybe people who forgot about the site would benefit from a mass e-mail being spread out. Worth a shot.
