Sherman
Meant the car, haha. I don't like minivans... if I drove one as a DD as a teenager, I'd feel kind of.. just weird. :/
Urbanoutlaw
I hate mini vans. Just for the record, I don't consider the Astro/Safari or Ford Aerostar mini vans, their built about like a full size van w/ front engine & rear wheel drive. The car (in this condition but silver) - http://images.automotive.com/reviews/images/96towncar.jpg I often tell Mamma Kitty I traded WAY up. Sherman
In black.. that's pretty nice. I'd be flogged by people for drugs too. And eh, I see. Could you put a bed in the back? That'd be so cool. No small backseat of the Camaro or anything.. xD
Urbanoutlaw
6 people in the cabin, in comfort. 6 more in the trunk, probably panicking.
Sherman
Hm, well I found the autotrader ad for the Sentra. Here. Disappointed it doesn't say the mileage on it ): But I look in the back, and the place beside (Not in the pic) and they're both repair shops. Hmm... I don't like minivans... if I drove one as a DD as a teenager, I'd feel kind of.. just weird. :/ I love my Taurus, but if I could swap it for a 2nd generation Windstar SE Sport, I'd be all over that. I'd pull out the back seats. It wouldn't be too slow and I'd have room for my stuff I carry.
Urbanoutlaw
I've seen under the hood of a couple Windstars, Looks like a Taurus drive train. Get one w/ a 3.8 & you could probably use a supercharger kit from a 'Stang. 400 HP mini-van. That's just wrong.

One reason I hate them is all of them I see, no one drives them right. I'm getting afraid to get past them with the Camaro on 203K....
Urbanoutlaw
400 HP minivan = ultimate sleeper. Then you could attract all the "hot" soccermom action (how you think they became "moms"?). "That was good, now get me a Juice box!"

"That was good, now get me a Juice box!" Hahah. Imagine traction... NONE. That's what I hate, you go around wal mart (In a different town anyway) and see all these hawt chicks, and then they have two year olds. It's crazy how young they have them, imo. You know what car I really like? A Chrysler Conquest. Those things just look badass. Along with later 80's Supras. Saw one the other day, took off, heard a huge WOOOSH... <3 BOVs
Urbanoutlaw
AKA the Mitsubishi Starion, see on in action in "Cannonball Run", driven by Richard Keel & Jackie Chan. Windstar is front wheel drive, so it will have decent traction. You just don't get into it all at once. Speaking of cars, gotta roll, later. Sherman
New deal, heh. 94 - 97 Accord (Not sure which year or model) for $3500. Old lady owned most of it's life, and my cousin drove it for a few months. They just went to look at it (I would but I don't have access to a ride over there)... details when I get the call. It's kinda nice, goldish in color, auto. edit: It's bought. For me.
Urbanoutlaw
$3500 sounds a little steep, how's the overall condition & maintainence?
Sherman
For this area, the cars are mad expensive. Like 7K for a 98 Civic with 140K. I don't know HOW they sell them. Not sure yet, haven't seen it.
Urbanoutlaw
HOLY FLAMMIN' CRAP!! Three years ago, I paid $8000 for my 2000 'Stang, loaded.
Sherman
180K and needs a timing belt. Should've got it for less. Gonna need tires soon, wish I had the money for a nice wheel and tire package ):

Sherman
Yeah... I know. They already bought it, though. F22 turbo project ftw? I mean they're dirt cheap to get ahold of, why not?

Sherman
Heh, I kinda figured The teacher for auto service tech 1/2/3.. that's all he's into, but apparently they fix all kinds of cars in the shop there.
Urbanoutlaw
FORD 429 (7 liter) FTW!!! They run 11/1 compression on 89 octane pumpgas. The last one I had made close to 400 HP, had it in a '70 Galaxie. I miss that car, it was stolen & scrapped by retards.
Sherman
Wow, sort of relavent, but a guy at the ImportNC forums has a Civic running on 93 octane with a 13.1:1 compression ratio. I'll check the power right now, I don't remember it. edit: Ran 11.83 @ 116... dunno power numbers, but that's good for a car that's still streetable / a DD. Urbanoutlaw
Around here (midwest US) 89 octane is midgrade, the cheaper gas.

The only thing is the Split Port Induction intake manifold won't fit under the hood of a 96-07 Taurus
