The problem is that the game crashes. Often the problem is something to do with mods - for example, if there is a broken vehicle, the game will load successfully but then crash when it tries to spawn that car. If you've added mods, try restoring backups (if you made any). If you didn't backup, then uninstall+reinstall GTASA, and don't add all your mods on straightaway. Another thing to try is starting the game from the beginning, rather than using your savegame, and seeing if it still crashes.
