Noru Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 (edited) I seen that Annihilator started to spawn for me in a quite of few places after I unlocked all the islands. I have only killed like 10 Flaying rats and one still spawns at the airport and on a few buildings around the city. If killing all 200 gives you Annihilator, then whats the point? except for 100%.
