Urbanoutlaw Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 I think the SA Buffalo was replaced by the GTA4 Ruiner. The SA Buffalo was loosely based on a mid '80s Chevy Camaro. The Ruiner is a near perfect copy. The closest you'll come to an Elegy in GTA4 would be the Sultan RS, although it's closer to a mid '80s Merkur XR4ti.
