WRX22B1998 Posted September 4, 2008 Share Posted September 4, 2008 ok the only other problem i could think of, is you dont have administrative rights, therefore dont have write access to anything in C:\program files\ just try download and install something...eg winamp if it doesnt install properly or says you dont have permissions, then there's your problem. i dont think theres a way around it, apart from either increasing your permissions to admin or modding san andreas on an account that has admin privileges.
