He said, Last year R* used http://ads.rockstargames.com/lcs/ for LCS ads. He tried http://ads.rockstargames.com/vcs/ and it gives you a forbidden message. That means the adress does exist but, You cannot acess unless you have a direct link to what you are looking for.
