I have a more plusible theory about that ambush. Reveal hidden contents If Vic was true to his word and swore off drug dealing, then maybe it was Vic and Lance's other brother, Pete, who was killed in that ambush. Maybe he means they didn't think about putting Vic as a future main character so they didn't put much work but I agree with Tec about the theory. We got like a mission or two with him and then that was it. I also wish we got to do the missions with the bomb terroist guy but since 9/11 happened close before the game was released they took him out. But in credits you see the name, awesome.
