Jet Skis Empire Building Splitz- A car which goes on land and water A plane besides the seaplane, i forgot the name of it. Little Willie- A cool helicopter with double mounted machine guns. ATV marvellous offroad. Theres a new boat to, i forgot its name aswell. Swimming- Not new for Gta but new for Gta on the Psp tho. Custom Tracks- Was in gta lcs but worth the mention. Poppable Ballons - Replacement for hidden packages. Henchmen (gang member)- You can recruit them and they will come with you. New and improved Rocket Launcher. Way better fighting controls Eg. You can grab peds,snap necks punch em in the face and more. Bike- Street Fighter a bike. Beach Patrol-Save Drowning Peds!!! Tourist Flights-Take tourists on flights over Vice City.
