No sound....

Indeed...

I have sound with my game but... no user sound, i.e no noise of me, my car, the charecters, the phone etc.

Have i done something wrong and or what can i do to fix this?

Dude, dont worry it happened with me and it fixes itself over time, but if you cant wait just re:install it

Also, check your DirectX version, and your sound drivers. I know it's a pain, but it's one way.

Its not my Sound card, as i get sound but not from CJ or from the car and voices in the mission.

I get radio and ped sounds etc.

Try and reinstall it,like Dazza said.It happend to me and i just closed SA,restarted my computer and open again SA.And it was working.Try what i said.

Anyways, I have reinstalled the game, but now the sound is very very faint, but not everything else.

I.e: No phone call noise, not talking in missions etc.

You get my point.

what can i do to get the sound all working again?

Found the falt.

Where i have got a new sound card, it is a 5.1 card, so ofcorse, its settings is 5.1 but i only have two desktop speakers, do i change the setting and it works lol.
