I hope this is from the actual gameplay. It definitely looks better than lying on the floor like in previous GTAs.

thats smart, but i hope the health system is realisticized (word?) like what the old magazine said, making your health more realistic to different types of damage, making him want to surrender instead of die.

LOL now we have a small Jason Bourne vs Niko debate. Anyways, this is a cool picture, I hope that when you get busted like this you have the choice of going with the cops or attempting to make a run for it some how but it will involve a lot more risks and bigger consequences. Possibly losing more money/guns or having a bigger wanted level. This would make the busted parts of the game more fun and realistic because lots of criminals out there try to avoid arrest everyday so why can't we?

Yeah guys but talking about the health sistem, I really doubt he will sufer damage and then walk in a injured way.... It would be really cool but Rockstar as so much things to worry about in this game, that i think that won´t be possible... No problem though

Who knows? R* are trying to make this game very realistic. It would sorta suck, but in a way, it would be cool.

The latest issue of the US version of Official Xbox Magazine has a new GTA IV screenshot we haven't seen before. It depicts Niko getting arrested by two cops, very similar to how CJ was arrested by Pulaski and Hernandez in San Andreas. We'll hopefully have a hi-res digital version of the screen soon.
