GTAV Artwork Update - Franklin and Chop

Rockstar released some new official artworks earlier today. Technically they're not new, but until now we didn't have high resolution official desktop wallpapers of these. First up is Chop standing guard after tearing up some Balla scum, while owner Franklin deals with the FIB using his Heavy Sniper.

Always wonder a little bit what art was done to conceptualize characters and setting before the final digital canvas is painted, or if things are done two fold, making some available for printed press, as well as other media outlets...or if that's planned well in advance?
