  2. Firstly you posted in the wrong area, and secondly this is no big deal. If you're patient with buying a new game, you can usually get it for £30 or less online after a week or 2. I don't know many people who buy from the high street any more. Plus you got those voucher codes sites out there for further discounts. The 2nd hand games market has been very popular, but the developers receive little to no money from each purchase of a 2nd hand game, so this was bound to happen at some point. This could potentially drive new game prices down as well. Oh BTW, I suppose you should think about boycotting Ubisoft as well, because they're going to do the same thing soon.

  3. Not even special editions normally cost that much. EA loses money when they offer their online gaming service, it's understandable for them to want to make up for it. I can see how people that already pay for Live, might be upset but for PS3 gamers, it's not that much of a big deal, or at least it shouldn't be.
