That dosen't matter, where not saying your can't steal cars anymore, where just saying it would be good to be able to get Taxi and bus rides. Besides on GTA: 3 you could get train rides where just trying to think of ways to improve the protagonists travel options.

Yeah that would be good too, but not like other games where you get into the Taxi and it just spawns you there but actually drive there through the streets.
