If you remember, I made a topic about MegaCon in which I was suppose to post pictures. I still have not recieved those pictures. No, if you are not talking about the Hydra((which you don't know if you are, considering you've never seen the plane and the Hydra DOES have a spawn cheat)), then it's complete bullshit. Um, when I make a topic, I leave for about 10-20 minutes to visit my other random forums, come back, and have a reply. I always see this as my small hometown, it always feels more comfortable here. GTAF is like NYC, huge, popular, but a hassle for any sort of law enforcement to handle. We are like a small country town, everyone knows and usually likes everyone, outside visitors usually find it a friendly place, and we run our own police force.

Yes, Bluetooth can do Ad-Hoc, too. Although, considering how the PSP doesn't HAVE bluetooth, I'm guessing Bluetooth Ad-Hoc on the PSP is, well, impossible.
